TERMS OF SERVICE
Account Terms
To use the services provided by SiteLagbe, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your place of residence or the location from which you access our services.
To access and use our services, you must create a SiteLagbe account (“Account”) by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, current address, phone number, valid email address, and any other required details. SiteLagbe reserves the right to reject any application or terminate an existing account at our sole discretion, for any reason.
You acknowledge that the email address you provide will be our primary means of communication with you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. SiteLagbe is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
You are also fully responsible for all content and activity associated with your account. This includes but is not limited to: text, images, videos, audio files, code, data, or any other materials uploaded, stored, or transmitted through your account (“Materials”).
Any breach of these Terms of Service, including violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), as determined by SiteLagbe in its sole discretion, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services.
Account Activation
Unless otherwise stated in section 2.1.2, the individual completing the signup process for SiteLagbe’s services will be considered the Account Owner and the official contracting party for the purposes of our Terms of Service. The Account Owner is the authorized user of any account or service access provided in connection with SiteLagbe.
If you are registering on behalf of your employer or an organization, that entity will be considered the Account Owner, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your employer or organization to our Terms of Service.
Upon successful registration for our services, SiteLagbe may create or link a default payment method for your account, such as PayPal Express Checkout or other local/international payment gateways, based on your location and preferences.
You acknowledge that PayPal Express Checkout and/or other payment services will serve as your default payment gateway(s). As the Account Owner, it is solely your responsibility to activate, configure, and maintain these payment accounts. If you choose not to use any of these payment gateways, it is your responsibility to deactivate them from your account settings.
Please note: PayPal Express Checkout and other integrated payment providers are considered Third-Party Services, as defined under Section 15 of these Terms of Service.

১. অ্যাকাউন্ট সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী
SiteLagbe-এর প্রদত্ত সেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে অথবা আপনার বাসস্থান বা যেখান থেকে আপনি আমাদের সেবায় প্রবেশ করছেন, সেই স্থানের আইন অনুযায়ী প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক হতে হবে।
আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনাকে একটি SiteLagbe অ্যাকাউন্ট (“অ্যাকাউন্ট”) তৈরি করতে হবে এবং আপনার পূর্ণ আইনি নাম, বর্তমান ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর, বৈধ ইমেইল ঠিকানা ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে হবে। SiteLagbe যেকোনো আবেদন বাতিল বা বিদ্যমান অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
আপনার প্রদানকৃত ইমেইল ঠিকানাটি আমাদের সাথে আপনার প্রাথমিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হবে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা এবং নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনার লগইন তথ্যের অবহেলার কারণে সৃষ্ট যেকোনো ক্ষতির জন্য SiteLagbe দায়ী নয়।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে আপলোড, সংরক্ষণ বা স্থানান্তরিত সব কনটেন্ট ও কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনিই দায়ী থাকবেন। এতে পাঠ্য, ছবি, ভিডিও, অডিও, কোড, ডেটা বা অন্যান্য উপাদান অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো লঙ্ঘন, যেমন আমাদের গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতিমালা (Acceptable Use Policy - AUP) অনুসরণ না করা, SiteLagbe-এর একক বিবেচনায় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয়করণ
যদি ধারা ২.১.২-তে অন্য কিছু উল্লেখ না থাকে, তাহলে যিনি SiteLagbe পরিষেবার জন্য সাইনআপ সম্পন্ন করবেন, তাকেই অ্যাকাউন্ট মালিক হিসেবে ধরা হবে এবং তিনি আমাদের শর্তাবলীর আওতায় মূল চুক্তিবদ্ধ ব্যক্তি হবেন।
আপনি যদি কোনও প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেন, তাহলে সেই প্রতিষ্ঠান হবে অ্যাকাউন্ট মালিক এবং আপনি নিশ্চয়তা দিচ্ছেন যে আপনি সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে আইনগতভাবে চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করার ক্ষমতা রাখেন।
সফলভাবে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হলে SiteLagbe আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য একটি ডিফল্ট পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে তৈরি বা সংযুক্ত করতে পারে — যেমন PayPal Express Checkout বা আপনার অবস্থান অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য স্থানীয়/আন্তর্জাতিক গেটওয়ে।
PayPal Express Checkout অথবা অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট সেবা আপনার ডিফল্ট গেটওয়ে হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হবে এবং আপনি নিজেই এগুলো অ্যাক্টিভেট, কনফিগার এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন। আপনি যদি এগুলোর কোনওটি ব্যবহার করতে না চান, তাহলে তা অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস থেকে নিষ্ক্রিয় করতে হবে।
দ্রষ্টব্য: PayPal Express Checkout এবং অন্যান্য সংযুক্ত পেমেন্ট পরিষেবা ধারা ১৫-এ উল্লিখিত তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা (Third-Party Services) হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
